  • Native SIMPL Module Architecture – Supplied as ready‑to‑use Crestron SIMPL modules (core, area decoder, and zone decoder) for fast, structured integration and straightforward program logic.
  • Full Panel Data Exposure – Provides real‑time access to area states, zone activity, alarms, tampers, armed status, and keypad LCD text for complete UI and automation control.
  • Flexible System Scaling – Easily accommodates large Texecom Premier installations with expandable area and zone handling, suitable for complex residential and commercial projects.
  • A virtual alarm keypad – which can do everything a physical keypad can do. In fact, one alarm engineer told us he found our virtual panel easier to use to commission the system than his own physical programmer panel!
  • Real time view of zone status – whether armed or not, the panel’s zones can be monitored to trigger control system functions, or turn off AV when a room is unoccupied.
  • Area armed status – the module indicates which areas of the system are armed. Note: Zone Omit is not supported by the protocol, and therefore our module cannot inform the control system about omitted zones.
  • PC Output control – should these be used on the panel, we can control them.
  • SMS – If an SMS gateway is fitted to the Texecom system, the control system can issue messages.

This module is also compatible with the new v4.00 firmware Premier Elite panels (tested on the Premier Elite 88).

NOTE: It appears that high zone numbers (> 168) are incorrectly reported by the panel and will not trigger zone status changes correctly.

Purchase of this software gives you (or the company, if purchased on behalf of an organisation) the right to implement to software in any number of your own projects only. The software may not be passed on to any 3rd party, even in a modified form.

Future revisions of the software, whether bug fixes or additional features, will be provided free of charge to existing customers. If additional features are requested, there may be an additional charge, and resulting fixes or features may become part of the standard module, therefore benefitting the existing customer base.

The software is provided in an unencrypted form allowing you to view the internal workings of each component, or make additions or modifications if you wish to do so. Ultamation cannot provide support for such modifications, though we will always provide assistance on a best efforts basis.

Evaluation
Evaluation

As with most of our Crestron drivers, this module can be installed and tested with full functionality within your Crestron evaluation system for an hour (following each reboot) so that you can offer the solution to your Crestron clients with complete confidence.
