What payment options are available?
We use the Stripe payment gateway for all transactions. Stripe is a global leader in payment services and support all of the common payment methods.
Do I have to pay for a driver to use it?
Most of our drivers do have a licence fee to use them, and you should always check the specific licencing terms for any driver as they do differ - and some are free! Most drivers also offer a try-before-you-buy, fully-functional, time-limited trial so you can be sure the driver offers the right solution before you commit.
Do you offer trial periods for your drivers?
Yes, we offer a trial period of 1-hour for most of our drivers. Restarting your processor after the 1-hour trial is over will allow you to begin another 1-hour trial period. Some drivers are exempt from a trial period - please see the product info for details.
What personal information does Ultamation hold?
We only retain the essential information to process your order and retain your order history. All payment information is handled via a 3rd party payment gateway and Ultamation does not hold any card details.
I’ve change my mind and I’d like a refund
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds once a licence has been issued. Most drivers provide a trial period to allow customers to verify suitability before purchasing a licence, and once issued, a licence is bound to a processor - sometimes permanently - so we are unable to reverse the licence once generated. We urge you to "try before you buy".
If you do purchase a licence that is then found to be redundant, we will process a licence transfer so that the investment can be re-used elsewhere.
