Velvære Residences is a 60-acre, ski-in/ski-out community in Park City, Utah, built around a vision of health-conscious luxury living. When the developer needed a smart home platform capable of integrating bespoke air and water quality monitoring across 115 residences; alongside lighting, shading, and whole-home audio; Crestron Home OS provided the foundation. Ultamation delivered the custom programming that bridged the Crestron and RePure air quality systems, bringing real-time environmental data directly into each resident’s control interface.

The result is a scalable, repeatable smart home solution that feels effortless to live with. Residents manage air quality, circadian rhythm lighting, motorised shading, and DM NAX Audio-over-IP from a single intuitive interface; while concierge staff monitor every residence centrally, resolving issues before homeowners are ever aware of them. The project was recognised by Crestron as the winner of Best Integration Using Partners and Extensions; independent validation that complexity, when handled with the right expertise, simply disappears into the background.
