Bring RTI AD-4 and AD-8 audio distribution systems into Crestron systems with native, reliable control. The driver lets integrators keep existing RTI multi-room audio hardware when moving a project to Crestron Home, or specify it on new installations, with every zone presented as part of a single, consistent Crestron experience. This module controls the RTI AD8 via Serial, RTI AD8X via Serial or the RTI AD8X via TCP.

Compatibility

The driver is compatible with the latest versions of Crestron Home and can be used with custom Crestron systems when used with the SIMPL AV Switcher CCD Wrapper module.

Licensing

This product is licenced PER CRESTRON PROCESSOR.

This product uses Ultamation’s cloud licencing and you will not receive a licence key. If you purchase a license AFTER you have loaded the driver, please reboot the system to see changes take effect. For more information please refer to the product documentation.

Licences, once purchased, cannot be refunded but can be transferred to another Crestron processor should a processor fail or be upgraded.

An offline key is available on request for sites that have no connection to the Internet, but this is generally not required. If the processor is ever able to connect to our cloud service, the licence will be stored on the processor and no further Internet connection is required. If an offline key is issued against your processor, you will no longer be able to migrate the licence to a different processor in the event of a failure or upgrade.

Evaluation

As with most of our Crestron Home drivers, this module can be installed and tested with full functionality within your Crestron Home evaluation system for an hour (following each reboot) so that you can offer the solution to your Crestron Home clients with complete confidence.
