Features

Brings Heatmiser Neo, CoolMasterNet and Zentium heating/cooling systems into Crestron Home, with local controls remaining fully functional.
Runs as a complete program on a second Crestron processor with a BACnet licence; this 32-zone licence covers up to thirty two thermostats across the supported platforms.
Configured via a single JSON file defining each hub, zone and BACnet address, with sensible defaults for most installations.

Note: The product complies with the UK Building regulations L2a which state “The provision of the service should respond to the requirements of the space it serves. If both heating and cooling are provided, they should be controlled so as not to operate simultaneously;”

TROUBLESHOOTING NOTE: Please be aware that Heatmiser may disable the control protocol which leads to the module failing to communicate. The resolve this, please open the Heatmiser Mobile App, go into settings and re-enable “Legacy API”.

Compatibility

This is a SOFTWARE only product and requires a SECONDARY (non Crestron Home) processor in addition to the Crestron Home main processor. Any 3- or 4-series custom processor is suitable OTHER THAN the MC3 and VC-4 is NOT supported. Crestron Home/Pyng processors are NOT suitable. You MUST enter the serial number of the processor at the time of purchase. It cannot be run on the same processor as the Crestron Home processor.

HVAC Bridge for Crestron Home (8 Zones)

Licencing

You must provide the HVAC Bridge (NOT the Crestron Home) processor’s serial number (obtained via System Info) and select the appropriate system size. You will receive a licence key once you’ve completed your order.

This product is licenced PER PROCESSOR.

Licences, once purchased, cannot be refunded but can be transferred to another Crestron processor should a processor fail or be upgraded.

Evaluation

As with most of our Crestron Home drivers, this module can be installed and tested with full functionality within your Crestron Home evaluation system for an hour (following each reboot) so that you can offer the solution to your Crestron Home clients with complete confidence.
