Ultamation's project hits the front page of the FT
This weekend was a momentous one for Ultamation as we saw one of our projects featured on the front page of The FT. London and New York-based technology journalist, Jonathan Margolis, visited the leafy suburbs of Bowdon, near Manchester, to see the award-winning Man Cave project for himself. I think we can safely say he was blown away; stating that the client had out California’d California.
The full article was featured in How To Spend It, The FT's high-end magazine for affluent and discerning global audience and on their website. The website also features a 4 minute video clip of Jonathan testing out the rotating turntable for the client's Maclaren car and chatting to the man himself. Both Oliver Hall (Ultamation) and Stephen Nevis on (Intuitive Homes) were also interviewed, with Oliver explaining that the client “is proactive and very engaged". He goes on to explain “He uses everything. I’m not sure there are many clients in the world with an appetite for customisation at this level. He asks almost every week for changes and new ideas.”
