Having recently been awarded the title of "The Best Integrated Home in the World", amongst many other awards, we specialise in high-end Crestron home automation solutions. Not all systems are designed and built equally, and with a Crestron Gold Master Programmer heading our team we are in a unique position to deliver excellence. Providing a complete end-to-end service, and with our passion for integrating the weird and wonderful, you can rest assured that you’re in the safest of hands to deliver your bespoke, intelligent home.

If you haven’t heard about Theme Creator, it’s an alternative to using Crestron Studio for the creation of Smart Graphics themes.  However, rather than listening to the marketing blub from us … here’s a few recent comments Crestron Programmers who have bought it and use it:

“I thought I’d take a moment to give some positive feedback on an awesome product. If you are like me and have spent years cursing Studio for theme editing or creating, stop right now!

Many people already use SIMPLified 2, Niko Brasseur for example says:

“At A-Knowledge, Simplified 2 has helped us improve our Crestron programming and has given us the means to achieve clean, bug free solutions at a much higher rate.  I’m not exaggerating when I say that the cost for the license was literally earned back the same day that bought it.”

It has been helping the Crestron programming community for over a year now, so thought it was time for an update and added, what we think are, some great features!

On the back of the CEDIA Awards 2019, a few of the winners were asked their opinions of the latest trends in the home automation industry by The Times property section; Bricks and Mortar Journalist Martina Lees.

She spoke to all three category winners of CEDIA’s Best Integrated Home and summed up that the very best technology for your home now seems to be invisible.  Many home owners strive to have the latest AV equipment and where it used to be the bigger the better, trends are now moving towards discreet.

Last Thursday, alongside Stephen Nevison of Intuitive Homes, we made our way to the Victoria and Albert Museum, the prestigious venue of this year’s CEDIA awards.

Oliver Hall, Ultamation’s  MD explains: “It’s funny how the excitement builds, slowly at first, as the awards get started until the moment your category gets announced and your heart starts racing.  Then you see the amazing shortlist and think, ‘Oh well, we did well to get this far.’  Then you have about 10 seconds of feeling a bit deflated, until they read out your name and the whole table explodes!”
